My website was built with an Adobe flash player several years ago. Unfortunately when anyone goes to the site they can't open it and have to download Adobe flash which nobody wants to do. Is there a way to update it, whereby more people can access it.

You can convert it to a different technology, for example, Adober Animate can convert Flash to HTML5.  See https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/how-to/convert-flash-ads-to-html5.html
