How do i enable adobe flash player

I need help , trying to fill out an application which require me to use Adobe Flasher Player.  I have Adobe in Goggle Chrome, but it saying that I'm disable and need to enable it, but I don't know how and it not showing  me how, please help with this.

Please follow the steps mentioned on Adobe Flash isn't working - Google Chrome Help page to enable Flash Player for Chrome browser.
