How do I see the current version that is installed?

I'm at the Adobe - Flash Player page and the rectangle with the "Version Information" title is blank.  I'm using Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 10 64-bit system.  I have allowed Adobe Flash to run on the site.

I tried clicking the "Contact Adobe" link at the bottom of the page, but all I get is a message that says "Sorry, that page can't be found."

You can check the version installed via the following:

Via Firefox:

  1. Launch Firefox and navigate to about:plugins
  2. Look for the Shockwave Flash entry

Flash Player Settings Manager

  1. Launch Control Panel
  2. Navigate to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items
  3. Click on Flash Player item
  4. Go to Updates tab
  5. On Windows 10, the Updates tab will display the NPAPI & PPAPI versions, if installed.

We are aware that Version Information widget is not working, and that has been escalated.

Thank you for reporting the issue that the 'Contact Adobe' link is not working.  I will escalate to the appropriate team.
