I am a student at an online College and I am trying to download the adobe flash player using my student email address so I don't get charged, how do I do that? Please help anyone...

Yeah, this seems weird.  If something is asking you to actually buy Flash Player, you're probably getting scammed.

Most browsers disable Flash Player by default, and both Chrome (any OS) and IE/Edge on Win8 and higher bundle Flash Player as part of their browsers.  In general, if something is telling you to install Flash at this point, you usually just need to enable Flash Player in the browser.
