how to enable flash player

I am trying to install QuickBooks 2010 Accountant version on my Acer Laptop using updated Adobe and Windows 10, it says the "Flash Player is not enabled...fatal error and ceases to finish the installation.....what do I do?

As of Windows 8, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge (Win10) browsers.  Refer to the following tech notes to enable Flash Player on these browsers:

If Flash Player is enabled in both browsers and you continue to have problems installing, please contact Intuit.

I'm not familiar with QuickBooks (product or installation process), however, but it appears QuckBooks may be attempting to install a version of Flash Player ActiveX and since this is already embedded in the system, installation of QuickBooks is failing.  I performed a quick internet search and found these resources, which may be of assistance:

Essentially the issue is with QuickBooks, not Flash Player.
