A friend has a sony bravia tv 2015 and wants to watch rangers tv to do this he needs Adobe Flash Player

There was a link which we then clicked on and it then took us to the adobe site
On the tv screen it then displayed Adobe Flash Player Version 22.0.0.209

Select version to download ( on doing this displayed .tar.gz for other linux )
which we selected
Then clicked on download now ( total size 5.70 mb )
Then we clicked on next
Then displayed Thank you
On address bar displayed https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion
How do we run / start Adobe Flash Player so he can now watch rangers tv

Yeah, that's not gonna work. It sounds like the TV runs some variant of Linux, but we're not making Flash Players for TVs.
If the service you want works on ChromeCast/Roku/AppleTV/etc, that might be a better route. Otherwise, you're looking at hooking some kind of computer up to the TV via HDMI. There are some purpose-built windows and linux boxes that are pretty tiny and would get it done, but you're not going to Flash Player running natively on a TV or mobile device at this point.
