I can't install Flash player on windows xp

So, i just made a VM with Windows XP, i wanted to watch some videos and play some flash games, i attempted to download flash player from adobe's official site, i installed the version for IE, but on the setup, it gave me the message of "initialization error", i tried restarting and reinstalling, but nothing works, i also recorded the process of me trying to install flash, please reply, thanks.
