I keep getting this error message code: 0xc000012f

I don't know what to do. Everytime I open an internet window this message comes up that my adobe is not working correctly. I even tried to reinstall it.

Every single screen I open now because of the adobe issue I get this exact message C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\Macromed\Flash\Flash.ocx is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Enter status 0xc000012f

I have the same problem.  Operating system is windows 10.  Browser is either Edge, Chrome, or Firefox, but I get the message with browsers closed at the desktop.  I ran a search and a website identified my version of Flash Player as

WIN 18,0,0,228
