Impossibile reinstallate Adobe reader DC e Adobe Flash Player.

Sul mio pc, dopo aver ripristinato il Sistema operativo, sono rimasti 8 files di che vengono individuati come "impossibile trovare il file". Non si possono ne' rinominare, ne' spostare, ne' cancellare. In tal modo e' impossibile reinstallare sia Adobe reader DC, che Adobe Flash Player. Dispongo di Sistema operativo Windows 10 Pro 64 pro. Potete dirmi come faccio per cancellare questi 8 files, eventualmente indicandomi la traccia del registro di Sistema ove individuarli. Il Problema attuale e' che un aggiornamento di Windows 10, cerca proprio di aggiornare Adobe Flash Playes e la cosa e' impossibile. Grazie se potrete aiutarmi.

For Adobe Reader DC you'll need to post to the Acrobat Reader forum.

For Flash Player - those appear to be Flash Player for IE/Edge packages.  If so, those are distributed by Microsoft, not Adobe, as Microsoft integrates Flash Player in IE and Edge browser on Windows 10 and all updates are released by Microsoft not Adobe.  I recommend contacting Microsoft for assistance.
