Install, but no confirmation page

I recently downloaded the newest update for adobe flash play. I click on it and I install it. However, no confirmation page opens. It is also not working at all. I cant watch and videos or hear anything for some reason. I tried uninstalling it and re install while restarting my computer. NOTHING IS WORKING!!

Opera is a Chromium-based browser and disables Flash Player by default.  You'll need to enable it, usually on a per-site basis.  See Enable Flash Player for Opera  for assistance.

Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help may also be of assistance.

Opera browser

I also went to check on global storage settings panel,  It said "This content requires flash" (see screenshot attached)

I have reinstalled adobe flash 4 times now and same results, no global storage panel.flashplayer.png
