Bonjour

J'ai téléchargé Adobe flash player, il y a 2 jours. Apparemment, ça ne s'est pas bien installé !!! depuis j'ai une fenetre mentionnant erreur 0xc0000005  !!! Je ne peux plus ouvrir certaines applications (jeux, scanner, adobe) J'ai tenté de désinstaller Flash player : échec! Co mment faire pour désinstaller et réinstaller correctementFlash player ? merci à vous

Navigateur chrome version 60.0.3112.113. La version flash player qui a été mal installée est 27.0.0130. Mon PC fonctionne sous windows 7.

Essentially, error 0xc0000005 is not a Flash Player error, it's a system error.  Something else is causing this error (e.g. bad registry, file system, virus/malware, etc).

I can certainly take a look at the FlashInstall log file to see what happened during the installation/uninstall attempt, but you'll need to find someone else (e.g. a trusted IT person) who can assist in troubleshooting the 0xc0000005 error and fixing that for you.

Please upload the FlashInstall log file(s) saved at the following location(s) to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161

  • 32-bit OS: FlashInstall32.log saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
  • 64-bit OS: FlashInstall32.log saved at C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash AND FlashInstall64.log saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
