I have installed the Flash Player from Chrome when I try to open it doesn't work 

any suggestions regarding that.

Chrome still supports Flash Player until Flash Player's end-of-life at the end of 2020.  Google does disable/block Flash by default.   See https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784 for assistance. Per Google's Chromium Road-map, Google will be removing support for Flash Player in Chrome version 88
