INSTALLING ADOBE FLASH PLAYER USING USER NAME & PASSWORD

I am trying to install the adobe flash player and it will not accept my user name nor my password.  How can I correct this?

this is the operating system, not Flash Player, prompting for the user ID and password.  Please see What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.
