Installing Flash and password problem

I am trying to install the free download for adobe flash.  When I get to the username and password it doesn't work.  I read somewhere that you didn't use your regular log in, what are we suppose to use.  I don't know anything else to use please help

If you have a Mac (you should always provide computer details when asking a question) that is your Mac operating system asking for your Mac information to prove that you have install permission

I though you might wanna read this article on how to reset mac admin password if you have forgotten the password while installing any application.
