installing flash player onto a Mac

I'm trying to download flash-layer onto my Mac and it won't allow me to log in using my user and password I created for adobe. Is there another way for me to recover a password or change the user and password to be able to download flash onto my computer?

Hi,

To download Flash Player you do not require any login password. You can get the latest version of Flash Player from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions page. To install on mac machine, you mac's password is required. See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for details.
