is Flash available after end-of-life, if I block browser auto-updating?

I know that most browsers will stop flash support by the end of 2020.
If so, can I continue to use flash if I don't update my browser? (such as by turning off automatic updates)
I know that it has security issues and I will only use flash within the company.
