is Flash available after end-of-life, if I block browser auto-updating?

I know that most browsers will stop flash support by the end of 2020.
If so, can I continue to use flash if I don't update my browser? (such as by turning off automatic updates)
I know that it has security issues and I will only use flash within the company.

Running an unpatched browser and Flash isn't necessarily a great idea (or easy to manage), but you could do it.  If it were me, I'd want to keep all my actual desktop clients patched and expose a secured legacy enviornment in a very locked down way (e.g. Citrix, etc).  There are some other options at your disposal as well.
