Is it still possible to install Flash player if have updated to the latest OS Catalina?

I have updated my OS, but now am getting the alert that I do not have Flash play installed for a couple of sites that use it for streaming. If i try to download all I get is the end of life notice. Is there a solution coming for this?

Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14, released in September 2020, however, Flash Player is still supported on macOS 10.15 using one of the following supported browsers:  Chrome, Firefox, or Opera.
