Is there a way to use Wimpy buttons with another player besides Flash?

My website used wimpy buttons to play MP3 files until Flash was discontinued. I'm wondering if there is a way to continue to use wimpy buttons with another player. Does Adobe have a replacement for Flash that integrates with wimpy?

I think you're mistaken.  Wimpy player is an HTML5 audio player. It has nothing to do with Flash Player.

Looks like Wimpy Player 7 no longer relies on Flash Player:

NOW the Wimpy player doesn't use Flash. It used to. My website was put together ten years ago with an old version of Wimpy that was Flash-dependent. I realize that in computer years that's an eternity, which is why you might not be aware of the history. In any case, the support folks at Wimpy got back to me and told me that the latest version of their software doesn't require Flash. I'm including this reply in case there are other folks like me out there who are way behind and wonder why their website suddenly stopped playing their MP3 files.

The web and the browsers we use to interact with it are constantly changing.  Without constant attention and script updates, it's just a matter of time before the website fails.

If your site hasn't been updated with new scripts in 10 years, it's definitely time for a re-build with modern code.
