I am trying to install the Flash NPAPI 30.0.0.113 update offline on 4 systems. 1 installed with no error. The others are all giving an error: 'C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil64_30_0_0_113_Plugin.exe is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status )xc0000022.'
I've tried a new copy of the update, uninstalling/reinstalling, repairing Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, all with no avail. Any suggestions?

Hi,
We'll need to get some information from you to troubleshoot further. Please provide the following:
Please name the files in such a manner that the screenshots and log files match up. For example: System1_permissions.png, System1_FlashInstall32.log, System1_FlashInstall64.log, etc
Upload all files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud or some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require user account login to access.
Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
Thank you.

I'm no longer sure that the one system which did not show the error installed correctly either, as the plugin does not show up in FireFox.
For what it's worth, it looks like the install proceeds successfully (progress bar goes to 100%). I believe the error (occurs twice) comes when the plugin is launched.
The installer is: install_flash_player.exe
We change the wording to differentiate it from other flash installers to: install_flash_player_npapi.exe
The systems are all Server 2012 R2
The files are at:

Do you mean it's not showing up in about:plugins, or something else?

Flash Player is not supported on any Server versions (see Tech specs | Adobe Flash Player for supported platforms), which means we do not code for, nor test on, any Server version, and we don't invest much time troubleshooting issues on non-supported platforms, unless they're also reported on supported platforms, and thus far, I've not seen this issue reported on supported platforms.
With that said, we'll investigate a bit further. Can you provide the following:
