Keep getting the yellow bar under the menu at the top of the page that says a plug in (shockwave Flash) isn't responding with a box that says stop plug in this come up when everything in chrome is frozen

Same thing. This issue was resolved for me for about 3 days, but has emerged once again after a Windows update last night
I'm using a Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13.
Issue occurs in Edge and IE as well. I don't have Adobe Flash installed on my computer either.

"Shockwave Flash" is Flash Player, not Shockwave Player!
