? Macromedia Flash Player - required, Adobe free play download is already installed ? - Windows 10

Have program with group page that only gives me Error Message    (Windows 10)  is Updated !

ERROR:    " The Macromedia Flash Player is required ... free player "here"

Select  "here"   gets new page .....  Adobe  page / instructions

Turn on  Flash Player ..... Select  =   > Settings   >  Advanced  Settings  >   Use Adobe Flash Player  ( IS  ON )

**  Try to re download  Adobe  Flash Player .... Adobe says  " YOU  HAVE  LATEST  VERSION  OF  ADOBE  FLASH  PLAYER"
