I use older program for teaching students called MD Solids. It uses flash to shows animation of different object and how they behave in mechanics. But since windows 10 wont enable flash to run, I can not show nay animations. Is there any way to bypass win 10 so it run flash desktop application?
No, @Mile5FB2, there is no way to do that. Sorry. Even if you could do that, your students cannot so it's no solution.
Flash Player is end of life for a reason. The browsers won't allow you to use it.

You should create new content with Animate CC and output it to HTML5 canvas which everyone can access from any device.

Hope that helps. Good luck!
