My flash player not working

please help me: when I upload an video in my website; but at the time of access video wont run; it shows an popup "not suppoetrd flash player"; what should I do;

I attempted to view the websites you posted and they were all blocked as being potentially malicious, as such, the URLs have been deleted.

What is the operating system and browser you are using?
