Need help to update flash player

I get message often regarding updating the Flash Player on my computer.

I have window 10*64

If you're getting a message to update, and it's official from Adobe, then one of the non-embedded Flash Player plugins installed on your system is out-of-date.  Please post a screenshot of the Flash Player Settings Manager > Updates tab:

• Launch Control Panel
• Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items
• Click on the Flash Player (32-bit) item
• Flash Player Settings Manager app launches
• Go to the Updates tab
• Post a screenshot of the Updates tab

Posting a screenshot of the update notification is also helpful
