Needing help installing adobe flash drive player on my Android.

This does not exist. You must use Windows, Mac or (to a degree) Linux. For a few months, then it goes away completely.

Flas will no longer be supported by the end of this year. 

Android discontinued Flash support from around 2013 I think.
