No replacement for cancelled adobe flash

On 1/12/21, Adobe stopped the flash program that was required for use in another expensive program. I have spoken to a useless chat person and a phone support, Manshi. The chat employee said to install Adobe Dynamic Media Classic, which I did. It did not work with out language program. As this program is very expensive and we are a small charity, replacing the languag program is not an option. How can I get an Adobe replacement that works? Or should I avoid anything in the future that relies on Adobe?,

We announced that Flash Player was being retired back in 2017.  The developer of the expensive program you're using has had three years to update and remove the Flash dependency.

Our recommendation would be to reach out to the software vendor first, to see if they have an update or recommendation specific to their product.  If you do choose to keep running Flash Player with Enterprise Enablement, you'll need to keep in mind that most major browser vendors are dropping support for browser plug-ins, in tandem with Flash EOL.
