Not able to install flash player

Hi all ,

After downloading the setup file , once the installation is completed .. Flash player is still not working . Also setup file is getting disappeared . can someone guide me please ?

• Operating system version
• Web browser and version
• File name of the installer you are using
• Is there an error during installation?  If so, please provide a screenshot​

The online installer is designed to delete itself after it is executed.
