In our Tenant , Office 365 Videos are not loading in Internet Explorer .Whereas the same videos are loading and opening in Chrome and other Browsers.

We've already opened a premier support case with Microsoft about this issue.  They've confirmed this is a Flash issue, but claim they have no way of interfacing with Adobe
directly and asked us to open a case with Adobe.

In our Tenant 20,000 are affected because of this issue and we request for a prompt and quick response to this issue.

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

If you want the latest Flash Player, you will have to use a non-Microsoft browser

We are not trying to install any external installs on Edge of IE.

We are trying to load the Videos from Office 365 Videos and the same are not loading in IE.

On Contacting Microsoft on this issue, they have suggested us to get the help from Adobe as the Videos are not loading because of the flash plan from IE and asked us to downgrade the Flash player version from 30 to 29 or below,Even though after doing so,we were not able to play the videos in IE.

Yeah, Microsoft's Azure Media Player and a couple other services are using Flash Player to process video for IE11 on Windows 7 and below.  Their video players use Shared ByteArrays to do some off-label video decryption.

We've disabled Shared ByteArrays in response to the Spectre vulnerabilities in Intel hardware in Flash Player 30 and higher.

You can re-enable Shared ByteArrays globally or on a per-domain basis (this requires figuring out what domains you actually need to whitelist) by pushing out a custom mms.cfg file to your clients.

Details on deploying Flash Player in the enterprise can be found in the Flash Player System Administrator's Guide, here:

Adobe Flash Player Administration Guide for Flash Player | Adobe Developer Connection

Videos fail on Windows 7 since Flash Player 30.0.0.113 installed
