Omegle Video Chat Black Screen Problem

I have black screen problem on Omegle Video chat. Is it because of flash? How can I fix this problem? I have done all steps on here: https://www.howtochatonline.net/omegle/black-screen-on-omegle-video-chat/

I cleaned cookies.

Changed browser.

Used CClearner.

Used Proxy and VPN services.

I even restart my internet connection.

I made a speed test for my internet.

Nothing worked. Please provide me a solution guys
