[Moderator moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Using Flash Player .]

I just installed (a few days ago) Windows 10. New install.  I can't view any online videos now on Adobe CC help or info videos. Nuttin Honey!

So what do I need to make them start working?

Thanks

What error message do you see?

Which browser and version are you using?

Which version of Flash Player do you have installed?

I see no errors.  I'm running Internet Explorer 11.x and a fairly new install of Windows 10. Adobe Flash Player reports : 27 NPAPI

27.0.0.170

I get the white play window loud audio and zero video.

Try a non-Microsoft browser

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer, so you get the Flash Player version that Microsoft decides you need

MS doesn't want you to use Flash Player for security reasons.

Use Firefox or Chrome.

most browser vendors disable flash by default and the user must enable it, usually for each site they visit. See the following for assistance in troubleshooting Flash on these browsers:
