This is macOS prompting you for the password you use to log into your computer.  (They want to be really, really sure that you're uninstalling/installing software intentionally.)   Depending on how you have the computer configured, that password might just be nothing at all. If that doesn't do it, here's the guide on resetting your password:  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202860
