PDF file unable to register

Hello,  I have a case with a pdf file that can not record. We put "add a checkmark" on the pdf file and we save it, but suddenly the poster tells us "Can not save the document .EI for the analysis of an image".
Can you explain to me why we are unable to register it? Thank you

This doesn't seem to involve Flash Player. Are you using Acrobat Reader? Or something else?
