Playing Flash files on LMS (Sumtotal & SuccessFactors)

We are seeing a thin black line appearing next to the Flash animations we created when played through our Sumtotal LMS.  We are also converting to the SuccessFactors LMS and the same black line is appearing in that system as well.  It seems to happen every time the animations are occurring and it disappears when the animation is static.  The animations were created back in 2015 using an earlier version of Flash.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is it specific to a browser or operating system? 

If you run the mouse through the area that isn't drawing when the stripe appears, does it get filled in?

We are using IE 11. Could this be an issue with the latest browsers and older versions of Flash. If we re-publish the old Flash files using Adobe Animate will that correct the issue?

I had a couple other employees test on their machines and they don’t see the black line. Maybe it’s just something funky going on with my laptop.

You might try disabling hardware acceleration.
