PLEASE HELP ME to switch everything to English

Guys, I have an issue that is driving me nuts!!!  How can I change language settings in Flash? This Forum appears in Greek and Flash download page in German... How can I make everything in English?

And what is wrong with typing and backspace in this forum??

what is the location and region setting in our operating system?

Windows 7, Chrome.

Location and PC settings is Netherlands.

What is the 'display language' set to?  Sorry, I forgot to ask about this one.

and from which geo locale are you accessing the pages?

For the forums:   The interface defaults to English, though the language can be set at: https://forums.adobe.com/user-preferences!input.jspa​.  Did you happen to modify this?  Are you using browser-level translation?

For the Flash download page:  Did you by chance modify the Region settings, in the bottom left of the page?  This can be done on any adobe.com page and will affect all pages on the site.
