plug in failure after updating Mac

Hello . I updated today my Mac  to  Os Sierra 10.12.6  and tried to login to a website where I usually use my webcam . I keep getting  the ,,plug in failure''message ,

   I check   the adobe flash player . was on   for that site..everything seem to be  ok ....  in the end I decided  to uninstall and   install again the latest version of adobe ... but nothing seems  to work ..

     Any help? I am having this prb on safari 11.1.2 version
