Problem running application related to Flash Player

we have an application name Storyline which we have trouble running it . We tried contacting vendor and they found out it is the issue with flash player on system. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash couple of times, but no luck. Below is the logs when the application crashes.

Also on our browser it does not display flash player version and just generic information  as displayed in below screen show . I have tried so many things on atleast 10 different machines and nothing works. we are on window 7 enterprise 64 bit and latest flash installed on it . Any help or advise will be greatly appreciated.

An actual crash dump would be helpful.  All this tells me is that we crashed while running inside this application. 

There's a guide on collecting crash dumps here, although you'll need to alter the approach to capture them from the storyline.exe process and not Internet Explorer:  

Report a Flash Player crash or error

The crash dump will be too large to attach to a forum post, so you'll need to share it from a cloud storage service, like Adobe Send, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
