I clicked on a video and got a message that Flash Player was blocked and I had to install it.  I clicked the link and got a button to click and unblock it for one play.  I clicked that and nothing happened.  I followed all the troubleshooting steps on your support pages and it still doesn't work.  What now?  I'm using Microsoft Edge with Windows 10.

Edge is part of Windows and includes Flash (until the end of 2020). You can’t install it, remove it, download it or update it. You do, however have to enable it is Edge every time you use it. Some sites however won’t see it and can’t be used.
