At the time I installed "flashplayer28_xa_install" message appears:

"insufficient user privileges to install applicati..."

But if I installed "install_flash_player" message appears: "A required file

(C:\Windows\System32\FlashPlayerApp.exe:5) could not be written due to

insufficient permissions"

All suggestions from forums.adobe.com I have run, but I still can not

install with the same message.

Please help me.

Thank you.

Hi,

Do you have admin privileges as Flash Player requires admin privileges for installation. Right click on the downloaded file and select "Run as Administrator" option to install Flash Player as admin. If it does not work, try rebooting your machine and then install the latest version of Flash Player. In case you still see the above mentioned issue, please share FlashInstall log file. To get the location of the log file, you can refer to Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? post.

To upload the log files and screenshots to cloud.acrobat.com/send ,follow the instructions at How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud and post the link to the uploaded files here.

Thanks!
