Olá,

Quando tento instalar o Adobe flash player está aparecendo na caixa de diálogo "FECHE O(S) SEGUINTE(S) PROGRAMA(S) E CLIQUE EM CONTINUAR." Em baixo aparece "CHROME"! Faço isso, fecho o chrome, mas continua aparecendo a mesma coisa! tentei reiniciar e não resolveu. Meu windows é o 10; alguém sabe como resolve isso!?!?!

This is not an Adobe Portfolio question.

If you're on Windows 10, you cannot use the Flash Player from Adobe.  You can only use the one Windows sends out with their updates.

Do you have a different Chromium-based browser?  If so, it's possible that browser is reporting itself as Chrome.  Or Chrome is still running a process in the background.  Please do the following:

  • Launch Task Manager
  • Select to view processes for all users
  • look for chrome.exe process
  • If any exist, terminate them
  • Proceed with installation.
