This is the operating system prompting for credentials to install the software.  The admin login and password is what you use to log into your system, assuming you have Administrator permissions.  See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for more information.

Most software will do this. It's normal, and protects your Mac, so if someone gets to it while you are not watching (e.g. visiting children) they can't install software.
