i am installing adobe flash player on my pc while installing a message is shown saying that please close the chrome browser and opera .i have no chrome browser on my pc but still it is showing close it.

It's possible some other application (e.g. Google Hangouts) is identifying itself as Chrome.  You can use Task Manager on Windows or Activity Monitor on Mac to locate the 'Chrome' process and terminate it.

Chrome-based apps like Hangouts will keep the Chrome process running, even after you've closed the browser.  You'll need to exit those as well.
