Recently re-install the system, but cannot install flash player and reader, got "initilalsing failure". Could you please provide some suggestion, is that a bug for XP sp3? Any fix is arranged?

Thanks

I branched your post as the "initialization error" is not related to the topic you posted to.

To troubleshoot, please provide the following files:

  • Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log saved at C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUserID>\Local Settings\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs
  • 32 Bit Windows: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log
  • 64 Bit Windows: C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall64.log AND C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash\FlashInstall32.log

Upload the files to Document Cloud (see How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud) or some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require account log-on access.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

Thank you.
