Adobe support is the worst worst worst. I have gotten no help since yesterday when I wasted an ahiur and a half with some joker tech who did nothing but refer me to this forum where someone would help if I "waited for some time". Ha! Joke's on me for subscribing to Adobe. Even this response is canned from more than a month ago. Horrible horrible horrible.
