Requested flashplayer distribution, no e-mail recieved.

I have applied twice for flashplayer distribution within our organization.

I have not seen any reply at all.

Then i opend a support call (case 0220105766).

Yesterday at morning i recieved the answer, that the licensing team has resent the email.

But i dont receive a mail from adobe and no answer from support.

Please help!
