SCCM Adobe install Error Code 5

Whenever I attempt to install Adobe Flash Player through SCCM, I recieve an error saying the install failed, Error Code 5.

I have looked up the error code and seen that it says, Previously installed with elevated permissions. Why am I getting this error and is there a work around?
