Hi,
recently i have received a notice that adobe will stop supporting Flash shortly.
Im working for Certeo GmbH, a german based company if that helps in any regard.
As Scene7 is partly at least based upon Flash, how will it work afterwards?
What do we have to do, to make the transition smooth?
We are using the browser version via this link

Aha! It seems scene7 is an Adobe product. Please refer to: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/flash-viewers-eol.html?lang=en#integration This includes the words: "Effective January 31, 2017, Adobe Dynamic Media Classic (Scene7) officially ended support for the Flash viewer platform."

If it needs Flash Player, expect it to stop working: it really is that simple and absolute. I don't know what scene7 is, but you should ask the makers of Scene7 what you should do, or whether they just intend their service to close down.

Thank you but the answer is here actually, not part of the links you posted

Found it myself buried in their docs.
Adobe has neither answered tickets, emails, phone calls, facebook messages and our CSIM didnt help as well besides forwarding me further to these dead ends.
Its emberassing and upsetting how incompetent the customer support is.
A forum is not customer service after all.
Thanks and best regards,
