some times i have problem with flashplayer

i have created a website in my website there is some flash files but some users facing allow flash play box problem if we can set it to default it is possible?

All major browser vendors disable Flash Player by default.  You need to ensure you are properly detecting Flash Player and prompt user to enable it if it's disabled or install it if it's not installed.
