Suppression d'une mise à jour Flash Player qui pose problème

Bonjour,  Une mise à jour pose problème ! De toutes les mises à jour installées des divers programmes; c'est la seule maj qui n'offre pas la possibilité de la supprimer !!?  Avez-vous une solution plus radicale ? Nota: J'avais  désinstallée  Flash player, puis passer un scan et redemarrer mon ordi mais cette maj était toujours presente ?? Merci

What operating system are you using?

 

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browsers.  The embedded version cannot be uninstalled.


Google also embeds Flash Player in Chrome, the embedded version cannot be uninstalled.

Je suis sous windows 10 et le problème existe aussi sous windows 8.1 !

J'ai essayé même essayé plusieurs navigateurs...

La mise à jour concernée est celle du 14 octobre 2019.

J'ai essayé plusieurs navigateurs mais en vain....

J'utilise Firefox  et le logiciel concerné est "PRINTPRATIC" que j'utilise pour imprimer des enveloppes.

Mais depuis le 14 octobre ce logiciel ne s'ouvre plus!

I'm not familiar with the product.  Looking at their website (assuming this is their website), https://microapp.com/pratic/dl/item=print&off=1, I don't see Flash Player as a required component.


Why do you think Flash Player is causing the product to not work?

 

Have you contacted the product owner for assistance?

La mise à jour qui pose problème est celle du 14 octobre 2019.

 

J'avais contacté MicroApp  qui m'a demandé de supprimer la mise à jour du 14 octobre !

Il s'agit de cette mise à jour que je voudrais supprimer  et qui empêche à PrintPratic de s'ouvrir correctement (selon un assistant Printpratic).  Cette maj est la seule maj qui m'offre aune pôssibilité de modification ou de suppression contrairement aux autres mise à jour de cette liste .  Cordialement

Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browser, the update you are referring to is a Microsoft update, not an Adobe update.  Based on the screenshot provided, the update cannot be uninstalled as the unintall option (next to Organize) is not available.  I'm also not able to uninstall the October 2019 update from my test Windows 10 machine:

In contrast, here is an update that is available to be uninstalled.  Notice the 'uninstall' option next to 'Organize':

If PrintPractic feel the October update resulted in their product not opening, you can file a bug at https://tracker.adobe.com, and provide as much information as possible as to why PrintPractic and you feel this is a Flash Player bug so that it can be investigated.  Providing log files, link to installer, error message screenshots, etc is highly recommended.
