For what it's worth, I've been running in dark mode for a few weeks.  I'm not able to reproduce this on MacOS 10.14.1 and Flash Player and Flash Player 32.0.0.114.  It might be something that changed on 10.14.2, but I don't have a 10.14.2 machine handy at the moment.

Is it possible that you've also changed the color scheme under Control Panel > General?
